Ishulli Zvërnecit

Ishulli i Zvërnecit është një nga dy ishujt e lagunës së Nartës në Vlorë. Ai është një ishull mjaft piktoresk i mbjellë i gjithi me pemë qiparisash. Në këtë ishull ndodhet kisha e Shën Marisë, një kishë e vjetër dhe me mjaft vlera. Vajtja në këtë ishull mundësohet nga një urë e gjatë druri që lidh atë me bregun.

Parku Kombëtar i Llogarasë

Parku Kombëtar i Llogarasë gjendet 40 km në jug të qytetit të Vlorës. Ky park shquhet për kombinimin e ajrit malor me atë detar, pasi nga Qafa e Llogarasë 1025 metra mbi nivelin e detit, plazhet e Rivierës shqiptare janë vetëm 20 minuta larg me automjet. Parku është i mbuluar me masiv të dendur halorësh dhe shquhet veç të tjerash edhe pikë klimaterike. Si rezultat i drejtimit të erërave aty mund të shikoni “pishën flamur”, që është monument natyror. Ky park është një vend ideal për ushtrimin e sporteve ajrore.

Dhermiu

Dhermiu that follow more in the south of Albania is one of the most frequented and important tourist places of Albanian littoral. The crystal waters of the sea, isolated beaches, water sports and subsurface diving make this beach very prefered by the youth generation. The beaches that are part of Dhermi are Jaliksari, Shkambo and Gjipea.

Orikumi

In south of Vlora's bay there is Orikumi, where lately is build a harbor for yachts. Orikumi's beach is about 2 km long. In this area there are Pana and Rrapi sea caves.

Pish Poro Fier and Vlora

The embouchure of Vjosa, which lies in the south, constitutes a natural protected area in both sides of the river that are called Pish Poro Fier and Vlora. This is a natural area with seaside pines, isolated sandy beaches and a convenient nesting place for seabirds.


Zvërneci Beach

Zvërneci Island is one of the two islands in Narta Lagoon in Vlora. It is very picturesque and its landscape is dotted with beautiful cypress trees. The island is also home to the historically significant Santa Maria Church. Access to the island is via a wooden bridge, which offers spectacular views of the lagoon

Haxhi Ali cave

Haxhi Ali Cave is situated in Karaburun Peninsula. Located in a cliff, it is the biggest coastal cave in Albania at 30 meters long, 10 meters wide and 10-15 meters high. Haxhi Ali was a sailor from the costal town of Ulcinj. 

Lepenica Cave

Lepenica Cave is situated on the mountain and village of the same name, which has a height of 800 meters above the sea level. Pictures found in this cave represent post-Paleolithic art, which is known as the oldest in all Europe. In the cave there are found 19 anthropomorphic figures and 8 geometrical pictures.

Monastery of Saint Mary

The Monastery of Saint Mary in Pojan is located within the complex of the Apollonia Archaeological Park. It was built in the 13th century CE. By the end of antiquity, Apollonia was largely depopulated, hosting a small Christian community that built this monastery on a hill, probably the site of the old city. Byzantine Emperor Andronicus Paleologus the Second reconstructed it. The chapel was built in the Byzantine style. The Monastery of Saint Mary is one of the most beautiful structures of this kind in Albania.
